How long does it take to dissolve a tablet?
About 60 minutes.
Does your hand soap work as well as "normal" hand soap?
Yes, our hand soap has been tested and is just as effective as regular hand soap. In addition, you flush less chemicals down the drain with our soap!
What is the shelf life of the tablets?
The tablets will keep for at least 12 months, provided you store them tightly sealed. We recommend storing them in the jar which is included with the set.
Do your hand soap tablets also work in my own soap dispenser?
That depends on whether you have a foam dispenser. Many households use a soap dispenser for the usual "gel" hand soap. In these dispensers, the tablets do not work.
How do I make sure the dispenser lasts as long as possible?
The dispenser may pump more heavily when not used daily. In that case, flush the dispenser with hot water to wash away any calcium deposits.
How long does one tablet last?
Of course, that depends on how many people make up your household and how often you wash your hands. In principle, a tablet with 250 ml of water lasts just as long as a normal container of hand soap.

How long do I have to wait for my order?
Your order will be shipped with PostNL. This usually takes 1-3 business days.
Do you charge shipping costs?
We pay part of the shipping costs. From our customers we ask a contribution of €4.99.
Can I return my purchase?
Of course! After receipt, you may return your purchase within 14 days. We will then transfer the purchase price + shipping costs back to you as soon as possible. The shipping costs of the return are for your own account.
